润滑脂的作用:
The effect of lubricating grease
●减少沟道面与钢球的回转摩擦、钢球和保持架的滑动摩擦
● Reduce the rotational friction between the channel surface and steel ball, sliding friction between the steel ball and holder,and sliding friction between the holder and channel guide surface.
●带走轴承内部摩擦发生的热和其他从外部传来的热，防止轴承的发热和润滑剂的老化。
●Transfer the heat generated by the bearing internal friction and the other from the external heat. Prevent the heating of thebearing and aging of lubricant.
●使轴承的滚动接触面经常形成适当的油膜，缓解冲击负荷集中应力及延长轴承的疲劳寿命。
